Requisites:
You will need a phone number or caller-ID to make outbound calls.
Make sure you have enough call credits to call the country or phone number you need.
On Eleven Labs
Go to Phone Numbers and edit or create a new one. Learn how to do that here.
Scroll down to the Outbound Configuration section and:
(A) add us.voip.2chat.io:5090 as SIP server
(B) select TCP as transport.
(C) you will need the configurations given by 2Chat to configure this section. See next section.
On 2Chat
Go to the Eleven Labs configuration page.
The integration will be disabled by default. Turn it on before continuing.
Configure the caller and the caller ID to use.
(A) Select the caller user you want to use to log the calls made using Eleven Labs.
(B) Select the default caller-ID to use, in case the one you configured on Eleven Labs is not available or was deleted.
On Eleven Labs
Copy the section (C) in the above screenshot, and set up the credentials on Eleven Labs to finish the configuration.
(A) add a SIP header with X-SIP-Trunk as Key, and the value given by 2Chat as the header value.
(B) and (C): copy the credentials given by 2Chat and paste them into Eleven Labs.
