In 2Chat, you can buy 3 types of credit:
API: needed to use the product programmatically, or to make integrations like Slack or Zapier work.
Verification: used for WhatsApp number validation.
Calls: used to make phone calls with the integrated phone system.
Each plan comes with a predefined amount that resets every month on the day you upgraded your account.
Purchased credits expire one year from the date of issue if they remain unused. Plan credits are reset every month and are not accumulable.
2Chat will always use your plan credit first and save your purchased credit for use only when the plan credit is exhausted.
Buying extra credits
Go to Billing > Credits
Select the type of credit you want to buy, and click on Go to Checkout.
