The Text Menu component allows you to create a WhatsApp Menu in a conversation.

For configuring this component you follow this steps:

Set the text message including the options that your customer will receive

Define the list of words or numbers the customer can reply to your message to execute a defined option. Numbers are the easiest reply options to use.

Connect the components you need to execute for every option

Configure the "Unexpected Reply" option which will be executed when the user enters a text not included in the reply options. Usually this option can be linked to the same menu.
