If you wish to cancel your account but have the intention of returning in the future, 2Chat offers the option of putting your account on hold for a minimum fee.
This account holding keeps all of your data and configurations untouched and ready to be used when you decide to return. Your chats, media files, flows, campaign data, and everything will be kept protected until you return.
Pricing
We charge a fee of $5/month for the Inactive Mode Plan, and we reimburse that amount as a credit to your next invoice when you reactivate your account.
For example, if you keep your account on hold for 3 months, paying $5/month, and you return on the 4th month and subscribed to the Single Plan charged $40/month, we will credit the accumulated $15 ($5 x 3 months) to your invoice for the first month, and you will be paying only $25 ($40 - $15).
Parking virtual numbers
This same plan can be applied to parking virtual numbers.
For example, if you bought a number for $6/month and you want to keep it but don't really need 2Chat's phone system, you can cancel your subscription, putting the number on hold and paying:
$5/month for the data.
$6/month for the virtual number.
When you return, 2Chat will credit the hold plan amount to your invoice, excepting the $6/month you paid for the number, which is the amount we pay to our providers for keeping the number active and assigned to your account.
Activation
To activate it, go to the cancel subscription menu and choose Activate Inactive Mode.
