If you want to cancel your subscription temporarily while keeping your data and virtual numbers, check the Inactive Mode Plan here.
1. On your 2Chat Dashboard click on your user on the top right and click on Billing Portal.
2. When you click in the Options box, you will see the option to manage cards or Cancel Subscription.
Follow the steps, and you will have the account cancelled.
