We offer users the capability to validate the phone numbers of their contacts, enabling seamless communication through the WhatsApp Channel. This can be easily accomplished by activating the feature “Verify WhatsApp Number During Contact Synchronization” this option can be found in the menu Integration > HubSpot > General > Verify the WhatsApp number during the synchronization of the contact.

Toggle the option of Verify the WhatsApp number during the synchronization of the contact and we are going to display a modal with the amount of contacts that we found in your HubSpot account, with this you will be able to calculate the number of API Requests that we are going to made to validate the numbers.

It’s essential that your HubSpot contacts have valid international phone numbers to make efficient use of your API quota when validating numbers

After you confirm that setting you can start the synchronization of your contacts and validation of the same by clicking on the button of Fetch Contacts.

Our system retrieves all your contacts from HubSpot and initiates the validation process for each contact with a listed phone number. It is crucial to ensure that all your contacts have valid phone numbers to guarantee successful validation and uninterrupted communication.

Once the process is complete you can go to your Contact Information panel in HubSpot. You can do this by clicking on the Contacts menu and then clicking on the icon next to the full name of your contact

Once in HubSpot click on the Actions menu > View all properties. This will take you to the property list of your contact.

Our property is being listed as WhatsApp Number Validated by 2Chat.
