HubSpot Integration for 2Chat

2Chat's integration with HubSpot will allow you to see see your WhatsApp chats in your HubSpot Contact activity feed and you will be able to see all of your HubSpot contact in your 2Chat account so you can use it with other functionalities like our Campaign Sender tool.

This integration works only for individual (private) chats and is available in our Trial, Basic and Pro Plan.

Requirements

  1. You must have admin privileges in your HubSpot account to continue.

  2. You must ensure that HubSpot contacts have a valid phone number defined

Initial Setup

To use this integration, you need to first install it on your HubSpot account. To do that:

  1. Connect your WhatsApp number to 2Chat. Learn how to do that here.

  2. Click on Add to HubSpot.

You will now be prompted to install the app on your HubSpot account. You will need to have administrator privileges on your HubSpot account to continue. Click Allow.

If you see a message like "You’re connecting an unverified app" on the installation screen, this means our app is still in the process of being approved by HubSpot to be part of their marketplace.

After you complete the last step you will be redirected to our 2Chat application and you need to synchronize your Hubspot contact into 2Chat, you can do this by clicking on the Fetch Contact button.

Once the process is complete you will be able to see your contact information in the Contacts Tabs and if you leave check the option “Create a new contact in 2Chat if the HubSpot contact is not registered.” you will see the contact in your 2Chat > Contacts menu.

Now any message that you send or receive into your number located in 2Chat will appear in the contact activity feed as a Logged WhatsApp message.
