To run this process, you must have an administrator role
To connect a WhatsApp Business API (WABA) number to 2Chat, follow this tutorial.
1. Select the option "Channels"
2. Enter the number settings
A) Enter the phone number in international format
B) Enter the name of the channel
C) By selecting this option, your WhatsApp contacts will be imported to 2Chat
D) Click to add
3. Scan the code generated with the WhatsApp app on your device
4. When a successful connection is made, the status "Connected" will appear
5. To cancel the connection you can click on "Disconnect"
