Connecting 2Chat to Make:

  • Find 2Chat in the list of apps.

  • Select any of the actions or triggers. For example, Send a WhatsApp Text Message, and click Create a connection.

  • If your API key is incorrect or no longer valid, you will get a 401 (Unauthorized) error. Get in touch with our support team if you get this error. If the connection was successful, you should be able to see your numbers listed.

  • Numbers that are disconnected will be labeled as such, and the ones that are connected to 2Chat and in a state that makes them valid for sending will be marked with a green check mark.

  • Select one of your connected numbers, a destination number, and the text message you want to send. Then click Ok.

  • To test this configuration, right-click on the module, and click Run this module only.

  • The module will return success if the invocation worked, and the text message you wrote would have arrived at the destination number you configured.

If you need help with configuring your Make account to work with 2Chat, please get in touch with us through any of our support channels: web chat, WhatsApp, or email.
