You can remove a WhatsApp Business API channel from 2Chat from the channel settings page. The behavior depends on the provider your channel uses.
Go to Channels in the main menu and open the WhatsApp Business API channel you want to disconnect.
Click the action menu in the top-right area of the channel settings page.
Select Delete Channel and confirm when prompted.
Important — understand what happens when you delete:
If you choose 'Delete channel' we stop procesing any type of message in 2Chat that comes or goes into that number. The number wont be removed from your Meta Business Account.
If you choose 'Deregister number' your number will be put as 'offline' state in your Meta Business Account and you wont be able to receive any message (or send) on that number.
