You can delete a WhatsApp Business template directly from 2Chat. Once deleted, the template is permanently removed from Meta and cannot be recovered.
Go to Channels in the main menu and open the WhatsApp Business API channel that contains the template.
Click on the Templates tab.
Find the template you want to delete and click the Delete button next to it.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Important: Template deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need the template before deleting it. If you have active campaigns or flows using this template, they will stop working.
