Step 1: Connect your Twilio account
First, you need to connect your Twilio account to 2Chat using your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token.
You can find both credentials in your Twilio Console.
Step 2: Go to the Virtual Numbers section in 2Chat
In 2Chat, navigate to the Virtual Numbers section by visiting:

Click on Sync Twilio Numbers.
Step 3: Enter your Twilio credentials
A popup window will appear. Paste your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, then save the credentials.
Once saved, 2Chat will validate the credentials and automatically proceed to the sync screen.
Step 4: Select the numbers to sync
You’ll see a list of all your Twilio phone numbers, starting with those that are not yet connected to 2Chat.
Select the numbers you want to sync and click Sync Selected Numbers.
Step 5: Confirm the sync
After syncing, the popup will close and your newly connected numbers will appear in the Virtual Numbers list.
A Caller ID will be automatically assigned to each synced number.
