In your 2Chat Dashboard click on your user in the top right menu. And click on
user profile.
2. Then click on Identities and Adresses.
3. Add a new identity.
Most countries can verify the number with either Business or Personal information. If this is not the case you will be notified in the requirements for the numbers.
Please make sure you understand the requirements as adding personal information for a number that requires Business Registration could delay the verification process and end up in a rejection.
This process can take for 5 to 10 days but for most numbers if the documentation is provided properly we can have it enabled within 4 working days.
