2Chat uses WebRTC technology to establish calls and operates on top of standard HTTPS connections for signaling (SIP over WebSockets), and DTLS connections for voice streams.
By default, you shouldn't need to make any extra configuration to make 2Chat able to make or receive calls using a browser. However, for special corporate firewalls, you might need to check if ports are open in case you experience delays, or have no audio in any direction that isn't caused by a faulty speaker or microphone on your device.
All requests will default to voip.2chat.io, which will resolve to the nearest server to your location, based on the IP address you are connecting from.
Using a VPN to make calls may affect call quality.
