You can edit existing users or create new ones on the Team settings of your account.

You can learn how to create new users here.

Operator

Provides the lowest level access, with no billing, live chat, or channel access enabled by default unless explicitly granted.

We recommend this role for users who only need access to specific channels in the Live Chat. Only messages arriving at the granted channel will be seen by this user, and only replies using the assigned channel will be possible.

In the example below, the user with the email address [email protected] will only be able to see chats coming to the number +1 713 715 7533, and the user will be able to reply to these messages as well.

All other chats belonging to all other numbers in 2Chat will remain invisible to this user.

Administrator

Full access to 2Chat, but without the ability to delete the account.

Super administrator

This is the default permission for the user who signed up for the service. It provides the maximum level of access and is the only user who can delete the account.
