How to update my billing details in 2Chat.

Billing details are filled automatically with the payment method details. If you want to change this it will be updated for future invoices.

To update your billing details in 2Chat, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your 2Chat Dashboard.

  2. Access the User Profile on the 2Chat website by clicking on your username.

3. Select "Account settings" and then go to legal information to update your billing information.

If you encounter issues accessing the billing portal, try restarting your browser or using an incognito window. For adding a new card, you can do so through the billing portal link provided here
