2Chat's integration with Zapier will help you connect your WhatsApp conversations with many CRM applications, ticketing systems, payment platforms, etc. To be able to do this you need a Zapier account and after that create a 2Chat connection, for which you must put the API key in this field

If you don't know where to find the API key you can look at this article

The 2Chat integration with Zapier will allow you to use the following events:

All of these triggers ask for the 2Chat channel you want to connect to Zapier as a parameter.

  • WhatsApp Call Received: Start the flow when a WhatsApp call is detected

  • WhatsApp Message Received: Start the flow when a message is received on the 2Chat channel you are connecting to.

  • New WhatsApp Message: Starts when messages are sent or received.

Actions:

    • Text Message: This is the message you want to send to the recipient and in which you can use fields from other steps of the flow in Zapier

  • Check if a Phone Number Has WhatsApp: This action allows you to check if a number has an associated WhatsApp account to avoid errors. It is recommended to add this task before executing any other message sending action. For this it requires the parameters:
