From the Live Chat you can write a WhatsApp message now and let 2Chat send it later. You choose the day and the time, and you can also make it repeat.
Schedule a message
Open the conversation in the Live Chat and write your message.
Click the arrow next to the send button.
Choose when to send it:
Tomorrow at 9:00
Monday at 9:00
Custom time: pick the date, the time and the timezone, then click Save.
Below the message box you will see when the message will be sent, next to a View scheduled message link.
Repeat a message
In Custom time, click Recurring Message Configuration and set:
Repeat every: how often the message is sent, in days, weeks, months or years.
Starting: the date of the first message.
Finish: Never, After a number of repetitions, or On a specific date.
Before you save, the dialog shows a summary of when the message will be sent.
See, send now or cancel a scheduled message
The pending messages of a conversation are listed in two places: the View scheduled message link below the message box, and the Scheduled messages section of the contact panel. For each message you can:
Click it to see the full text and when it will be sent.
Click the send icon to send it right away.
Click the trash icon and confirm to cancel it.
When a scheduled message goes out, it shows up in the conversation as Scheduled message by followed by the name of the person who scheduled it.
Schedule a template (WhatsApp Business API)
With a WhatsApp Business API number, a free-form message can only be sent while the 24-hour customer service window is open. If your message will go out after the window closes, schedule a template instead: open the template picker, choose the template and click Schedule send.
Good to know
You can schedule messages on WhatsApp numbers: numbers connected with a QR code and WhatsApp Business API numbers.
The time follows the timezone selected in the dialog. By default, it is your computer's timezone.
Scheduled messages are only sent while your 2Chat subscription is active.
