For admins
Generate a share link. Go to Channels →WhatsApp → [Channel Name], select the channel you want to connect, and click Share QR Link. Optionally enter an email address to send the link there automatically. The link expires in 5 days.
Share the link with your Team Member. Copy the generated link and send it to the person who will connect the device.
Revoke a link early if needed. On the same channel page, click Revoke next to the active share link. The link is invalidated immediately.
For Team Members
Open the share link. Open the link provided by your admin in any browser. No 2Chat login is required.
Verify the channel details. Confirm the channel name and phone number shown on the page match the device you are about to connect.
Click Connect. A QR code will appear on screen.
Scan the QR code. On the assigned phone, open WhatsApp, tap Linked Devices, then Link a Device, and scan the QR code. The channel connects automatically. You can close the browser tab.
Keep in mind:
One active link per channel: generating a new link automatically revokes the previous one.
The channel must be disconnected before scanning. If it is already connected, the page will show an error and the QR flow will not start.
The share link only allows connecting that specific channel and does not grant access to any other part of your 2Chat account.
