You can import contacts in 2Chat in a couple of ways, depending on where your contacts live.
From WhatsApp (when connecting your number): Go to Channels → add your WhatsApp number → enable the option that imports your WhatsApp contacts → add the channel and scan the QR code.
From a bulk csv upload: You can upload contacts directly from the 2Chat Contacts Menu.
You need to make sure the numbers are in the correct format to be recognized. In the international dialing format.
From the integrations you connect: After connecting your integrations, click Fetch Contacts to sync your Integration contacts into 2Chat (and they’ll appear in the Contacts tab). For example our HubSpot integration.
