How to Enable or Disable Notifications in 2Chat

In 2Chat, you can manage all your notifications directly from your profile. This article explains how to turn notifications on or off, and what types of alerts are available.

Open the Notifications Menu

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Notifications from the dropdown menu.

Manage Your Preferences

Inside Notification Preferences, you will see a list of toggles for each available notification type.

  • Turn notifications ON to enable them.

  • Turn them OFF if you no longer wish to receive them.

Important: To receive pop-ups on your computer, make sure Browser notifications are enabled and that your browser allows notifications from 2Chat.

Troubleshooting: If Notifications Aren’t Working

If you're not receiving notifications:

  • Check that Browser notifications are enabled.

  • Ensure your browser allows notifications for 2Chat.

  • Verify that your system’s Do Not Disturb / Focus Mode is off.

  • Refresh 2Chat or log out and log back in.
