1. On your <a href="https://app.2chat.io/dashboard" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">2Chat Dashboard</a> click on your user on the right top and click on <a href="https://app.2chat.io/billing?" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Billing Portal</a>.

2. When you click in the <code>Options</code> box you will see the option to manage cards or <i>Cancel Subscription</i>. 

Follow the steps and you will have the account cancelled.
